  • wow now this a way to not get bored in your house :D

  • thata a great home made movie.... lol

  • Hey, that was rather good. iked it,.

  • the actors are not good but the efects work was so fantastics

  • Is it just me or is Bigfoot's roar actually just Pee-Wee Herman yelling with the pitch turned down?

  • did you use the sound effects of time commndo?

  • awesome! how long does it take to make these?

  • OMG! Thats one of the best stop motions i've ever seen

  • i like it!

  • I found it very entertaining, Thank you,

  • Thanks for watching!

  • nice sound effects

  • Smart, complex, extremely skilled work made on a zero budget by John Barnett - one of the great fans of stop-motion who is helping to keep this beautiful art form alive. Willis O'Brien would be proud.

  • it reminds me that old videogames with stopmotion characters LOL funny like toxic waste. (the sound effects are funny too it will be different with better fx xD)

  • thats wicked five stars *****

  • Thanks!

  • that's gay as gay can be

  • So are YOU, now rest your neck and watch the video

  • wow! I'd say on par with Ray Harryhausen!

5 stars is not enough for you, but it's all I can give!

  • Thanks for the kind comment!

  • I consider you a grandmaster, and regret not being able to meet with you back when I lived in Dallas.

    take care

  • Awesome video - I can't believe it doesn't have more views ??? excellent job , YOU TUBE SUCKS ...

  • Those kids at 1:20 are great...running in circles to get away from bigfoot. Great job.

  • that is a lot of fun

    i dig your puppet

the music at the top reminds me of the land of the lost

seeing his reflection in the water is a nice touch

    good work

  • WoW! that was great!

  • Thanks..glad you liked it.

  • LOL. Awesome work! ^^ Though I was hoping the ape would beat the aligators instead. It's kind of sad.

  • it was great art direction and the concept was good, great job in keeping the art alive

  • Excellent Job. But Im just wondering if theres going to be a part 2. Or will there be another making of such a movie in the near future. Keep them coming.

  • Thanks for the comment and interest. There is a full length version of this video and another, earlier stop motion short I also have posted. Currently working on a Kong/dinosaur production (probably about 3-4 months from completion).

  • 9 overly-aggressive Bigfeet out of 10. Great job!

  • That mofo got what he deserved, he was a punk hitting all those people. Hehee. :P Nice film, but those kids can't act. lol

  • bullshit! that creature couldn't have been done in by a meer suburban neighborhood crocodile. i demand a rematch. 5 stars, though. was it a sasquatch?

  • Nice composites! Fun stuff.

  • Keep the old-school alive!

  • this is so rad.

  • This is wonderful work. I'm glad to see that some people still have the talent to create somthing like this rather than using cheap motion-capture like in the new Kong. well done.

  • On the contrary, motion-capture is incredibly expensive :P And Time consuming.. and requires the talents of one incredible actor.

Have some respect for the new school, all of us have respect for the old school.

  • I have no lack of respect for the technology of the new school. As a special fx designer who has worked on films and computer games, I'm part of the new school myself, but to see Willis O Brien's Kong replaced by what is essentially a man in a digital monkey suit was 'cheap', in that it requires no animation skills, CGI, Stop-Motion, or otherwise

  • Wow that was really good.

  • how'd you get the effects?

  • The model animation was done against green screen using MonkeyJam for a frame grabber. The video feed to the program was with a digital camcorder using a firewire connection. The animation was then composited with live action backgrounds using Magix Video Deluxe with multi-channel chroma key. Thanks for your interest!

  • Nice armature.

  • Funny and creepy...
