The government will not solve hate crimes. A lot of people, do not understand what hate crimes are, and they are only physical. Verbal abuse is not a crime, and neither is discrimination, because you have the right to discriminate, as long as you face the consequences. Violence is the last resort, and we all discriminate against something. Education and Free Market solutions,are the key to end hate crimes, or at least to prevent a major case of them.
