Any way our country celebrate the 9th of may as a day of Victory, moreover we've lost much more people in th WW2 than any other country. Plenty of victory parades are held in Russia. For us it's a holiday. Alexey Vorobyov is a very emotional person. I guess he've dedicated this performance to Russian ppl and he didn't want to abuse German ppl.
