  • thanks Jamie, excellent delivery and tutorial. These are a great set of excercises which i have saved to my favs. ive been using these to strengthen after a groin injury during boxing and will integrate these in my workout to avoid future injuries.. BIG THANKS...

  • @Laurabelieber It's not to make your thighs thin, it's to strengthen them so they are not flabby. Obviously you know nothing about working out. Get some info. before you speak idiot!

  • Im Only quite young a people say my thighs will take shape in a few more year's but i do not feel compfertable with them , but i've only been doing this for a few days a i can really feel a difference !!! Thank You x <3

  • I think those exercises are to short, they only show how to do them, you can post 10 min of video on youtube; 6 of them = whole lesson and that would be great :)

  • Cardio cardio cardio. Find a group exercise, boxercise, step-up or anything like that. Keep it FUN, or you'll stop eventually. Find a friend to do it with, and if you really really want to change - study. Look at as many clips you can, find a personal trainer in a good gym, and keep working out. Doesn't have to be hours a day, just regular, fun, challenging and... yes, regular. Remember, stretching is all-important.

  • I've done all of these and they really do help. :]
