Whatever that is at 20:28 It appears that Zak is aware of it, because if you look even closer it appears that a man is right behind Zak, and when the camera starts to point that way the figure hurries to try to get behind the wall and not be seen. I love ghost adventures and personally think they do not fake, but its always possible. Especially when this wasnt mentioned in the show. There is blatantly somebody there.
