@Harpo6 No, at least with most keyboards it wont work since they use switches and drum modules use piezo pickups - module listens to click on the input, determines its voltage peak and generates a note with velocity based on this peak. Keyboards usualy determine velocity by measuring time between moments two switches engage. if you are interested in building your own drum module - check out eDrum and MegaDrum DIY projects.
