What I see here is that Lindgren is picking his spots, going toe to toe more on the limit pots, and staying out of the way of these hyper aggressive internet guys on the no limit hands. Very good strategy, because...the limit play is kinda bad. Robl calls 4th and 5th street with Ace high?!!?!? That doesn't even make any sense odds wise!
I dont think any of them are bad players; internet pros. they obviously have a significant amount of skill considering the success that theyve achieved online. bonomo is a cheat for the multi accounts but you cant deny the fact that the man has skills, same with robl... a lot of these guys have made more money playing live internet than most individuals have ever period. espn will always only show the more extreme hands of the final tables... great reads, 50/50 races, three outers, etc, etc...
Bonomo is actually a real good player. Robl is the one who looks to be a bit off. That play with A-4 off against Erick during a limit round was horrible. Bonomo two bets it with king suited, Robl three bets it with A-4 off. That is a good play. Then Erick four bets it with pocket tens. Robl calls the raise, which is correct. Board comes out 8-8-2-6-5, with Robl checkcalling the whole way down. Horrible play. He is losing to any other ace except ace three, any pockets and numerous others
