Who doesn't love this music? I love it. . . heck, I grew up on these movies. I'll never ever forget the first time I watched it when I was six, and now I'm in my twentie. Such great memories.
@AtSenderOK You have me completely intrigued. I would love to post the song you are talking about. Sadly I don't have it nor have I ever heard it. Should I ever come across it though, I will put it up and dedicate it to you. I'm anxious to hear it, it sounds lovely.
I'm from PEI and this Ontario production only makes me think of Ontario. If you've ever seen the Charlottetown Confederation Centre stage play, you'd consider "Anne's Theme" to go thus: "Anne of Green Gables, Never Change, I like you just this way, Anne of Green Gables soft and strange, you are forever young." It is a great melody and every PEIslander can sing the tune if not the words. Where the heck is this on YouTube?
@AnElizz3 That will be beautiful! I hope you meet your Gilbert Blythe a.k.a. Prince Charming if you haven't already. Gilbert was Anne's love in the series.
I had a good friend who had this as her processional. The piece was particularly moving for her, because the music was given her by her best friend, who passed away tragically several years ago.
That was beautiful!!!!!!

I envy you sooo much!
This production opened my eyes to the world in my teenage years.
Anne is also a great inspiration in my life.
My husband first time watched this production with me and all my memories.
I have travelled to many places after since; but seems somwhow I forgot Prince Edward Island.
My husband & I have promised ourselves we will visit Prince Edward Island very soon to enjoy the beautiful view & meet wonderful people!

DVDs and CDs are available through the Sullivan Entertainment web site. Well worth it! Can't imagine my life without Anne.
