yes I had a 1224MK7 and the bigger amp under the XV is a LX prototype.... it depend of your need... I love my LX... it's a real beast!!! but they are not making it anymore... nothing sound like a matamp! and the video doesn't represent how it sound in real...

That was really good. I'm very interested in Matamp, particularly the 1224 mkII and the LX 2. Have you had any experience with those amps?
