The book went for more realistic. This trailer makes Despereax the likely hero (Brave and all that other shit) The book was more original. He fainted at loud noises, he was sickly, small and was scared.

I actually watched all of them, some were better than others, obviously. Clone Wars was made for the Star Wars fan base mostly. But this one was clearly the best of them, The book was supposedly even more dark and mature than the flim, but the film did a pretty good naturally water down version of the original book material. The animation was not great but good enought to match the story of the film.

Oops, I did not see Space Chimps, but Fly me to the Moon was an amazing animated version of actual space flight too.

I know, these lazy & greedy unimaginative modern day movie studios prefer to raid every classic and well written book instead of creating something new themselves. By the way, I watched the movie today and it was not to bad for a Hollywood animated adaptation. They obviously reduced the darker & more dangerous details of the book under the fun and action sequences. But an older audience will pick up some traces of the original intent of the morality story in the film.

This movie looks like it has too many additional things not regarding the story. This is going to be like Bridge to Terribthia (however you spell it! XD) The book is really great, but the movie has many additional things and not much that follows the story. That's the way most movies are when they are based on a book. But perhaps it'll be cute. ^^

The extra inclusions are just to add to the film and make some weaker areas in balance better in the film. But it currently looks really good. But we regard the trailer here to be pretty bad.
