Most decent turbo trainers come with a skewer to slide through the rear wheel...try not to use your own or bolts.
A good radio or a 2nd hand TV makes the training ok...especially if its lashing with rain outside!!! Make sure you are well ventilated as you don't get the benefit of wind chill, and any triathletes should try a brick run afterwards, probably the best winter training you can do!
If you're training hard enough, it shouldn't be boring. Once your heart rate is around 70-80%, you tend to concentrate more on the training rather than the clock.
u look bored lol. keep it up though, u need a fan in the room to cool u down... as u wont ever beable to get a proper work out in doors i don't think... cus naturally when ur cycling u have cool air blowing over ur whole body...
I'm not sure you wanted a critique - but it looks like your hips are rolling on the saddle, maybe try lowering the seat 5 or 10mm to stop that :)
Actually - forget that, this video is over 3 years old!!! Ha...

I think you take out your skewer and string it through the entire system.. not 100% sure though.
Planning on getting one of these soon to train when the days get shorter.

That's what i find, riding at an easy pace makes time feel slow.

There is a fan in the left corner. My turbo trainer arrives this week. Its going to be helpful but it looks dull.
