  • @displayfireworks1, where do you get that brown tape from that you use in your videos for fusing fireworks. I'd like to buy some for myself but I dont know where to get it. By the way, I know how to do the clove hitch knot by watching your video on how to tie such a knot and now I got it down pat and will put it to use when fusing fireworks. Your videos are a very helpful teaching tool and I like your website.

  • For those asking about the pipe, it's HDPE (High density polyethylene) high pressure Gas line pipe. The most common size for consumer fireworks is 2" SDR-11 (appx 1.9" inside diameter) or SDR-9 which is 1.8" id. DR-11 works for pretty much all consumer 1.75" shells, but is a bit loose for the cheapies, and many multi breaks. You can buy pre-cut plugged mortars online from many sources, like Pyroboom, or Addyracks. OR you can buy racks like this one! 12" long works with most.

  • we might have used more but we were in a state where fireworks are illegal

  • we where at lake powell and me my cousin my brother and my aunts boyfriend shot off 46 mortar shells and 8 boxes ranging from about 12shots to about 30 shots each. it was one hell of a show. btw im 12.

  • I also live close to Charlotte.

  • @cactuschris2002 i live in charlotte and just got into ifreworks

  • can u buy that pipe in lowes

  • @kingdas321 While that pipe at Lowes looks the same as this black pipe it is not the same and can not be used. If a shell explodes inside of the black pipe at Lowes it will shatter and sent shrapnel everywhere. The pipe in this video is a high density pipe that will swell open and rip but will not shatter.

  • @displayfireworks1 ok.do u know what stores i can buy that pipe in?

  • were can i ship shell's

  • great video! what was the name of the shells you used and where did you get them? please reply.

  • if these r 1.4g shells, please tell me what brand they are and or where you got them. If they are 1.3g, do they make 1.4g salutes. please respond, thanks!

  • that yellow visco is awesome !

  • i got the same fuse but am using a milkcrate to shoot them off

do you think the shells hit eachother going up?

    thanks

  • @cowan913 No thery will not hit eachother, people use that technique all the time

  • @displayfireworks1

    thanks for the speedy reply!

  • @cowan913 it can happen i saw a video somewhere where 1 shell hit another, that was out of milk crate rack. ill see if i can find it an post it as a response to this and see wat ya think happened. but im guessing it very rarely happens
