Reguardless what anybody says, I'm all for it! My car got stolen. found it 3 weeks later when a stolen tag on it. all the Officer did was frive through a convience store. 20 secs later, Pulled them over and got my car back. My car was the first in KC Mo to get found using this system. I'm all for it! Love having my car back!

kind of like getting an automatic background check every time you hop into your car. Insurance paid? outstanding tickets?, driver license up do date? parking tickets? did you remember to pay that fine for walking your dog without a leash? Prior convictions? Probation?.....All the reason to pull you over! Make sure your papers are in order before leaving the house.
