@nanba25 Hi @nanba25 so sorry i missed your comment, I'm sorry for the long delay in replying. Thank you for watching my video of aircraft from Scotland and for taking time to comment. The Control Tower at Edinburgh is quite a landmark, the design was fairly extensively written about at the time as being something quite striking. The music on the video is all created by me using copyright & royalty free samples to create new tracks, I hope you enjoyed that as well.
@flyzapva Hi flyzapva, thanks for watching my Scottish aviation videos. There may be another video from Scotland later in the year, but I'm sorry I can't promise anything at the moment. I do appreciate you taking time to watch and comment.
@TheBrier26 Hi, yes, this was filmed in Scotland @EDI_Airport a couple of weeks ago. I was so lucky with the weather. This was my first trip to Edinburgh's viewing spot, having previously only been at the end of the runway, so some nice views here. Thanks a lot for watching and I'm glad you enjoyed it. #aviationvideos #scotland #video
Nice video man, but I noticed you have problems with interlaced lines in your lideos. I don't know what programa you use, but if you use Sony Vegas, look for the "Progressive scan" option and make sure it's selected. I had this problem in the past, and I solved it this way.
@hdaircrafts thanks for watching and for the tip. The camera I use is full HD 1080i, to turn the progressive scan on my editing software (not vegas) when rendering would add a lot of additional time to the render process. I do this if creating DVDs but tend to use a quicker DIVX codec for rendering for Youtube, helps keep the file sizes lower too for uploading. Totally appreciate you taking time to send me your tips, that was kind. Thanks again for watching.
@danny3902 Hi Danny this was quite funny to watch! the guys had trouble removing the chocks from the wheels of the #continental 757 and so had to give the chock itself a few good kicks to dislodge it, one guy tried initially but couldn't do it, you can see the other guy smiling - job well done. #glasgow #scotland #aviationvideos thanks for your comment, and thanks for watching
@MrCars No problem, I'm glad u liked seeing the #airtransat A330 at #Glasgow. I didn't catch the landing i'm afraid as it was a little bit too early for me, but I was pleased to see it all the same, before now, I've seen mostly A310s. Also glad to see it was still in this livery, I'm not convinced by the new one. Thanks again for watching it's always very nice to hear from aviation professionals. I appreciate your comment. #scotland #planes #jets
@KevishScot Hi Kevin thanks for your comment, and moreover, for your directions to the viewing area at EDI. I can't believe how lucky I was with the weather. I always enjoy visiting Scotland and aside from a poor hotel experience this time, it was a great visit and I caught some new/interesting (to me at least) aircraft. Thanks again for taking time to watch and comment. Regards, Dave. #aviationvideos #Scotland
@flyinghellfish2006 Hi there, thanks a lot for watching my second #scottish #aviationvideo I'm glad you enjoyed it, thanks for taking time to comment, I appreciate it.
Amazing ! It's class flying into Glasgow,Prestwick and Edinburgh, Scotland is a beautiful place to visit, I'm going to Glasgow on Saturday :) the flight from Belfast takes about 20 minutes
@mlinnie527 what a great flight that must be mlinnie527, 20 mins, u get the best bit of flying i.e. takeoff and landing all crammed into a short space, like the sound of that a lot. thanks a lot for watching and for supporting my videos I appreciate it
@eitlean6881 thanks for the vote of confidence eitlean6881 i'm glad u like the videos, I appreciate your 'likes' and moreover, u taking time to watch and comment. Thank you
@simon1430 hahaha.. i had a couple of bagpipe samples only i'm afraid, no name to the tune, just Scotland episode 2.. glad u enjoyed it. Thanks for watching and commenting.
@edwardsweeney24 that is EXTREMELY KIND, thank you I'm really pleased you like the videos, the words of encouragement from so many of you Youtubers keeps me wanting to make new videos, even if I can't always get to new places I try to catch something new or edit in a different style and I'm happy those things come through. Thank you for your support and for continuing to watch and comment. It does mean a lot to me. Thanks.
@CrazyMelaizi That's kind of you, thanks a lot, glad you liked the United 757 ... It's hard to get used to the word with the livery! Thanks a lot for watching and commenting
@hendriktoch Hello Hendiktoch thanks for watching my Sottish aviation Video. I don't believe it's an open fuel cover fuel goes into the wings. The open latch is a vent, all aircraft have them, you'll see something similar in my video from Dublin Airport with Aer Lingus Airbus A320 and similar questions were asked.
As for the Iceland Express 737, no that's not a belt holding the engine on - that would be alarming!! It's the reverse thrust, they closed shortly after once the aircraf slowed.
@hendriktoch Once again that's kind of you, thanks for continuing to watch and comment, I do appreciate it, and I help/provide additional info where I can. Thanks again. #Scotland #Edinburgh #Airportvideos

Very nice "collage" of these aircraft and those many exciting activities. And as it happens, some details lead to a question.
For instance, topgunphill's question about the open fuel cover: What could have
been the consequences of this negligence ?
And: Is that belt around Iceland Express's 737 left engine holding it together (1:34 and 5:12) ?
