chef'n carries new design on garlic chopper..I ordered that.Thanks for the info on cooking regular olive oil. Interesting Rachel Ray starts all her dishes with evoo..I'm going to try cooking with roo.
evoo has the pif still in the oil and when cooked it will give this dish a bitter taste. I really only use evoo to finsh dishes and cook with reg. olive oil. But buy Good evoo when doing this!! now as far as the chopper goes it a company called "chef'n"and the name of the chopper is called "rev"n chef" hope this help and if you have any other cooking questions feel free to ask!
