Since I am from California and was traveling with my brother-in-law from Geneva to St. Charles, I am not quite sure. We were attempting to cross the river from the south side of St. Charles to get to the Days Inn there to pick-up another family member. A ten minute drive turned into a 70 minute adventure.
I remember this, I was still in high school during this flooding. You know there's three bridges in STC going across the Fox River.
