many people are recruited. not 2 per state, its not rare for an area allstar to be recruited. Canada has little interest in Football and until it gains popularity is wont be competive with the states.

I play freshmen football in California where we kick out NFL players on a regular. I have known many who made it. If you would like to see my team I have a weekly reel I put out. I am # 77. I start both ways and am 6-1 200 lbs.
