Oh man. I grew up in NJ and didn't really understand Dunkin untill I moved to Boston for a few years. They love Dunkin. It's like in the air. And I'll also say that Pizza sucks in Boston as well. One time I had a slice from a nyc pizza place after a year in boston and the magical taste almost killed me. Now I work in the city and I'm happy picky about which of the best pizza places I will go to. thanks for the video Sam!

My obsession/love restaurant would definitely have to be Friendly's. I'm pretty sure they only have locations in and around Massachusetts, but it's just the best! If I ever left the area for a long period of time, I know I'd seriously miss eating there. Pizza even gets worse from North Jersey to South Jersey. Most of this country doesn't get good coffee... which is really sad. Pizza is beautiful. Hahaha. Thankfully I go to school in South Jersey so I still have DD... but when I go home to North Jersey I REALLLLLY miss having Wawa. It breaks my heart.

She had never seen one in New England before, but then again I live in Jersey and had never seen one here (other than at a baseball game once). So out of curiousity, I looked up their locations and it turns out that they have one in Nashua, New Hampshire....which is still pretty far away (about 2 1/2 hours from us) but still kind of in the area and definitely in New England.

They started establishing some Saladworks restaurants in Southern California. In the past month, they put one in Costa Mesa and Orange with about 10 more on the way. I know this because I work at Saladworks in Orange, CA :)

I definitely get the feeling of withdrawals from Dunkin'. I miss Dunkin' so much. There's one by my mom's job, so she brings some home occasionally but it's just nothing compared to having five within walking distance when I lived in NJ. And the Pizza thing! Omigod, why is there no good pizza anywhere but the Northeast?! I'm sorry, Chicago deep dish has NOTHING on a NY slice. NOTHING! (Rant over)

Pizza is amazing in the north east, but everywhere else...no, just no. Florida is the same way. I moved from Buffalo, NY where we have amazing wings and pizza. Nowhere down here has gotten it right.
