I have hyper thyroid ,that is , a very very active ( overactive) thyroid and it produces thyroid hormones at a very high rate beacuse of which my TSH is 0 but T4 is in range because of medicine. Should a hyperthyroid patient also do ujjayi pranayam ? I have this doubt because everybody says that it makes thyroid gland active and mine is already overactive.
