  • what is the name off this episode?

  • @MegaShankk The Daffy Duckeroo

  • It's kinda weird that the That's All Folk's title had Porky Pig's voice in it from the early 1940's.

  • @TheFlicker98 In addition to that they also used the late 50's early 60's That's All Folk's end title which I think is weird.

  • @TheFlicker98 After that, it dissolved into the 1973 Warner Communications logo which was taken at the end of all movies right up until 1989. I remember the ending since I was a kid when I was living in Puerto Rico at the time watching the "Bozo Show" on WGN-TV (channel 9).

  • @sygo7g And if you watch Boomerang, we still do =P

  • Talk about dirty film stocks.

  • We didnt see the end of the epic dino riderz

  • The Indian said, "No fit 'em putt-putt", 'Celeste'; meaning he couldn't use the tires on his scooter; the "Keep It Under 40" sign on the back of it was originally a reminder to movie patrons to slow down and conserve fuel during the early months of World War II...

  • @fromthesidelines Right. Now I've got it. :)

  • I'm assuming that "no fittum putt putt" means the wheels are too big to fit his scooter.

  • Th-th-th-that's all folks

  • Detroit.

  • What episode is that?

  • "The Daffy Duckaroo" they do have it in B&W on YouTube

  • the daffy duckaroo

  • "No put em put put?"? Is that what he said? LOL! They would never get away with that now.

  • Keep it under 40! ;-)

  • Because Warner Bros. decided to "colorize" their pre-1943 black & white "Looney Tunes" library (from Guild Films TV prints of the mid-'50s) by 1971, they used a Korean animation house to trace over the original black & white frames...but not EVERY frame was "colored in"- hence, the Indian's lack of mouth movement from "The Daffy Duckaroo" (1942)...

  • This was not the case for the computer-colorized versions (which retain all the original animation, but in color)

  • Some of them were actually redrawn, and look totally unconvincing.

  • I used to notice a strange batch of early Porky Pig and Daffy Duck cartoons, where the animation was extremely choppy and sloppy, and have a messed up ending where Porky Pig says That's all Folks but they didn't show him popping out of the drum.

  • i know.the modern computer colorizing process is much much better.that was just an old re-tracing colorized version.when they re-drew "Porky's Duck Hunt" they didn't even have the card where Daffy is jumping around the "That's All Folks!" sentence.they just used that same thing with the audio.

  • @clownhorse Was the beggining of this cartoon produced by leon schlesinger ?

  • :< wow... they could have at least tried back then (with the re-coloring)

  • Note at 00:07, the Indian's mouth does not move when he says "No fittum putt-putt!" On my original black-and-white copy (actually a public domain print), his mouth DOES move when he says that line!

  • Why the worst animation? And what is he saying in the beginning?

  • It was a recoloured b&w short that was made in 1968 on the cheap, the Indian said "No fittum putt-putt" without moving his mouth which he did on the original.
