@540merlin i live here in California and any car over ther year 1975 has to be smoked. I hate it. I had to sell my modded 76 camaro for that reason. Now I'm looking for a 75 or older camaro to build so I don't have to worry about smog. Love your car and your vids. Keep em comming!

@BlueRice Up here in Vancouver, Canada, smog is a huge deal. Our standards are second only to California, and for old cars our standards are tougher. Cars over a certain age (20 years maybe) are exempt in California. Here, my 42 year old Camaro has to meet standards that are tougher than the year it was produced. I spend a lot of money every year getting my 2 muscle cars through AirCare. It's really dumb - I may do a video on it.

My Camaro has 225/60-15's and 275/60-15's. I think the rims are 7's and 7.5's.

The back tires are wider than recomended for those rims - that's why I chose them.

keep in mind. some of us on youtube know what 930 h.p. can do. and what 540s can do too. i'd say you're closer to650 - 700 horse. slapper bars are crap. radial t/a's. super crap. now go put some ladder links on that thing and a pair of racemasters then post a new vid. oh yeah, a pinch of the gas will get you to 930 h.p..

Iam, you are exactly correct. This burn out is no NOS, so 680hp. Traction bars are a joke, but the car came that way and they have grown on me, plus they seem to work. I just looked up RaceMasters and they look sweet - I'll look into them. Do you know if you can run them on a daily driver?
