@RedTestamentReborn I forgot to show how to kill the thugs with the engine block. Anyway it's pretty simple. Look around to see the engine hanging, just wait and when you see some guys take cover there, shoot the engine block and let it fall. It should explode and kill some thugs so you can get the achievement.
