It is a play pit with a velcro blow up part that goes on top. It is in the summer blow up pool section at Toys R Us. It is supposed to be used outside with a cover for little kids. It comes with only a few balls. I was worried about it popping outside. We purchased more balls, took off the top, and use it inside! Works great! Hope that helps :)
