Fraser Island kinda simliar to David Gilmour's ( Pink Floyd ) Marooned Island. Very refreshing indeed and I'd just close my eyes ayes and just imagine I was walking along the coast of Fraser Island

if you're going to do fraser island, camp on the eastern side!! staying at kingfisher bay is alright if you got the cash, but to experience fraser island for what it is, camp it up!!

Ja, ich bin bisher noch in einer menge anderen ecken gewesen aber Fraser Island ist sicher einer der schoensten orte hier in Australien. Hoffe ich kann dieses jahr wieder da arbeiten.

ja australien ist als ganzes superschön. wir sind die ostküste von sidney nach cairns gefahren, wie wahrscheinlich die meisten touristen. ich lebe ja hier in den bergen und habe auch tolle bilder vor der türe, jedoch was sich in den frühen morgenstunden am australischen himmel abspielt hab ich so nicht gekannt. die vielfalt der farben am himmel haben mich fasziniert. in byron bay stellen sich die autos reihenweise auf um den sonnenaufgang zu beobachten. viel spaß bei deiner arbeit

Koeln Deutz ist keine Fraser Island, aber trotzdem schoen, hab'ch da zwo Jahre geleben. Aso Was fuer Ort, Fraser Island ist !

I did a 4 wheel trip there in 2002, it was one of the best experiences of my life! I recommend it to anyone, and on the mainland make sure you stay at Dingo's hostel before you leave, they give you a free t-shirt!

Only continent I never saw... After 15 years living in California, and having that 'far from the world' feeling, I swore i'd never go 'down under' because that feeling might be even stronger. I know it sounds funny to say CA is 'out of the world' but if you'd lived there, between the mountains and the Pacific, long enough you'd know what i mean. Seeing this tho... so beautiful! So different from all that I know!
