The ending is confusing on so many levels. Apparently she's a closet lesbian who let her callgirl take a shower in her hotel room after they had sex, during which she dropped a deuce, which she was totally comfortable doing in front of a girl she's never met before. Also the killer must be almost legally blind to not notice he killed the right girl after he'd been watching her shower for about 10 minutes. And finally he doesn't question who is on the toilet because they are reading a newspaper.
