But since you seem to care so much about it, here are your explanations: The truck is actually a tractor who has its rear window open. The pantographs are absolutely correct, since, regularly, an ICE3 has the rear pantograph up, not the one in the front. And the train is on the right side of the track, because this is in Germany, where trains run on the right, not on the left.

@nebuarlinus I dont think it's that, I think the pantographs are arranged like that because of the type of overhead electrification. I mean if you think about it, the ICE travels accross countries, so they might use different type of power, so they have 2 pantographs so that they can switch between circuits within the train to adjust to the type of power running in those lines.

You just can't see the engine part from that angle so you're left with a view of the top part of the very large rear wheel and the cabin which is just in front of it (the grey bit), and in front of that (as said, not visible) the engine with the much smaller wheels, obviously also not visible. An optical illusion basically.

@ashokseven if you look it's quite clever, one can't climb to the top and then fall on the track (breaking your leg and not getting off before a train comes). It is slipperly and raised at the top so if one tries to climb to the top you'll simply slide down one side.
