Do you see Richmond Fire? or Henrico Fire? 23233 was redesignated 3 years ago to Henrico, VA. once again I LIVE HERE!!!!! I could give a shit less what the mall writes for there address, I can write Richmond, VA too and my mail will come, that doesn't mean it's right. Go to a post office and ask them, it's there ZIP code!
