  • @pedritooo09 He's not showing this as his only workout this is one of the many workouts to show. Each one has it's own benefits and yes this is a real workout.

  • I got a stability ball yesterday! I'm inflating it right now and I'm afraid it's going to blow up in my face and destroy me! It's a 75 cm ball but it's only about 23 inches so far. 75 cm is 29, 30 inches! I hope it doesn't explode, I really want to do these exercises when I can't get to the gym.

  • i love the number of moves you teach in one small video. I get this is not a "workout with me" type of deal but could you give us an order to execute these moves and how many times we should do each move and for how long? And also let us know which part of our body is benefiting from each move. I have my notepad and I'll be writing it all down.

  • I preferred the first workout which didn't require any equipment. I know weights and balls benefit the workout routine, but I personally would like to see more workouts like the first one that rely on just body weight as resistance. Still, good work Dave.   • Why the annoying, intrusive music? You're intelligent, succinct and thorough, but the production value is actually Diminished by the shoddy bad-porn music. Lower the volume of the music (even if you change it) or come up with intro music and then just do the lesson. LOVE what you're teaching, but feel embarrassed for you when I think about HOW you're doing it.  Just saying.

  • Great stuff. Some tips for you since youre trying to learn people how. The style you shoot in are kinda fast. I don't think anyone who's new to training gets everything stright away. Use more time in the video for each exercise. I'll bet my best waterbottle that everyone who is trying your program, pauses the video 32 times before they've got it all. It would be great if you post the program in the info section beloooooow aswell, not only in the video with the swooshing-sound.

  • Hey Trainer Dave, I've got a question if you could answer. I've been trying to lose a bunch of my weight, as well as strengthen my core for singing. What I've heard however, is that if you work on core while you're still fat, all that flab will turn hard. Is that true? I don't think I'd want a big cannonball sticking out of me, haha. Love the videos, possibly the most helpful and informative fitness channel on youtube! Keep up the great work!

  • DUDE HOLY SHIT I DID EVERYTHING HE TOLD ME TOO O.O and i am fucking tired lol i did it in about 3-4minutes then rested 2-3 then again 3-4 mins then rest 2-3 then again 3-4 mins it is tiring i couldnt even do 6mountain climbers at the end and im 5'4 134lb lol so imagine i am sweating like fuck :D hahaha this guys a legend trust me guys u do this 12-15mins a day u will get ripped :D

  • Your videos are great, pure awesome. Easy to understand and simple, both are essential in something like this.

    One thing I'd like for the vids to have: some kind of summary at the end of the video listing all the stuff that was shown, or just a list in the description. I couldn't remember the order of the excercises in the first video, and had to come back and watch the whole thing again. A list of the order (with breaks!), and it's got everything it needs.

  • I'm assuming these videos are mainly aimed towards men? I do find these videos helpful and descriptive, but I'd rather not end up huge, muscle-wise.

  • @irotalot to tone rather than to bulk up, the rule of thumb is usually to do lower weights, more reps. I think his exercises are aimed to a general audience.

  • @irotalot You wont. Women dont possess the natural testosterone & all round hormone balance to "get huge."

    Please consider any exercises & diets you see to be unisex unless they are ultra specific ie Mass gaining, power (usually for males).

  • @TimothyIsHereSoHeLL0 thats means your muscles have been straining and in order for you to build muscle it needs to repair itself so you work out more to build up your strength but you still workout (if that makes sense)

  • @robiscool09 Incorrect mate, any exercise where you "PRESS" the weight away from you is called a press.

    Machines not required. Bench press, chest press, incline press, decline press. In fact in the UK Push ups are known as "Press ups" get it?

  • @maxwellthedog well that is completely wrong in Australia, i am a personal trainer and in my gym there is a machine labelled 'chest press' and the variation is a dumbell press, it's a bit hard to do a bench press without a bench :s
