You've got to flip the warthog before it blasts into you, that'll null the damage you take. I didn't do it so well this time...

You kinda jump as you're shooting the rocket... When you throw the plasma and frag, you just shoot the rocket as quickly as you can. I jumped back so I had more time to flip the vehicle so it didn't kill me.
