You can't blame Wilmington for the casino not passing. It was up to Ohio as a whole and Ohio just didn't go for it when it was up the first time. I'm glad the most recent one did pass and Ohio will be getting 4 casinos to hopefully help with jobs and the economy!

When the US holds over 25% of the worlds purchasing power, I think the world has things to worry about if the US ever died. No other nation, not even China, has come close. Also note that even though approval with congress is low, approval for locally elected officials is high.
