We had an ASL interpreter at a recent dinner theater performance esp. for a group of deaf folks who were visiting. There was a separate spotlight on her the whole time and except for the first few rows, the audience seemed to be watching here more than us. Don't think we'll do that again!!!

First of all: Sam - God already made you incredibly pretty!! I love your positive attitude and sense of humor. You are such an inspiration to me because I have a hard time keeping a positive outlook. I never feel like I am good enough.

Second: to the teacher - I graduated last year with a MA Ed. I am currently working as a sub. I have found that if you are real and focus on what you do well the kids will like you for who you are! Sam is right, just be you! You'll do great!
