what a launch.....what is done to that rear end and suspension if you dont mind me asking. and also.....great run. the new zr1 has nothing on you. i love the c5 z06 way more. more like a bullet and more to the point.
At the time of this video I had not run it on the dyno. I switched to a 3bar map and had it tuned and it put out 560rwhp 535tq. It felt like it picked up 50hp from the tune but who knows.
hey bud i recently had the sts kit put on my ls1 c5 and i notice a mid-range chop in 3rd gear when im crusing and then lay into it do you have the same problem or is it tunning...thanks
Wow, that is pretty awesome. Were these the HP/TQ numbers at the time of this run? I have the STS set up on my '04 C5Z but my numbers are only 538rwtq / 516rwtq at #7 boost. But I am not complaining the car is MAD fun!!
Thanks for the help on that. I might go with the 505a or the ones you have on yours. Dont mean to sound like Im coping but I think those would look killer on my 2002 SS or the 505a's. And Im getting an STS setup for it too. Keep on killing those 1/4 times!!!

The wheels I run at the track are factory Z06 wheels. The ones I run on the street are CCW SP500's.

The motor has a compcams valvetrain kit. Other than that the motor is stock.
