Fuck Norton, i fix computers daily, i actually tell people off for buying Norton, biggest load of shit there is, i recommend Kaspersky or Eset, so much better and cheaper. so many computers i have had to go into on safe mode, copy personal files to a usb and then re-install, about 70% of time, the culprit is Norton, BE WARNED, NORTON AND AVG TAKE IT UPON THEMSELVES TO POLICE YOUR INTERNET ACTIVITY, i don't give a fuck what people do, as long as its not pedo, we all have the right to our privacy

I use Norton on my netbook with 1 GB of RAM and it works very fast and not effect any problem.

But when I use Kaspersky on my mum's core 2 duo computer with 2 GB or RAM and it runs very slow and it let me down.

Avast! uses 12mb RAM, it has fairly good detection ratios and it uses zero CPU (on a Core 2 Duo running at 2.2GHz, apart from updating of course).
