Carlstadt, NJ 2nd alarm House Fire Part 1

i live right around the corner on berry and when i came home from the movies i saw this and was amazed. Now the house is completly rebuilt

I know during the summer I took a pass and didn't even recognize houe the house when i saw it.

wow! i live in carlstadt i wuz away at mi dadas but i have friends on tht side of town! i live on central!

Did they say how bad it was?

yeah they said it was insane!! i saw pictures! but i heard tht the fire was caused by a water leak and the water went throgh the walls and a circuit exploded!

Yes it was. The front was heavily damaged when I arrived, which was about 15 minutes after the initial dispatch went out

That is really too bad! I sure hope the family that lived here was okay and was able to get past this and find another home. :)

Wow that was some fire in my hometown

yea it was, if you live near 8th street you definatly would've saw the smoke. I was by the old shop rite in hasbrouck heights and i saw it
