GTAmissions I have got this game 3 times in the past and on all 3 of these times the mouse would not work.I could not look around but i could shoot and move. How to get Easy Money In vice city

NOTE: i wam only explaining for Pc version,

Type in PANZER to spawn a rhino, and turn on the vigilante mission, then get out of it get far away from it so you dont die, and type in BIGBANG and, it blows up all cars in vice city (before new ones spawned) and then spawn another rhino and keep on doing that, $50,000,000/min. For more Vice city or other GTA game, contact me in my chanel.

You can also do something like that by parking a police car in your garage with vigilante missions going then do the BIGBANG cheat then go back to the car in the garage before the time is up.
