I listened to this while I was hiiiiigh, and sis - I wouldn't recommend it. It was sickening. I was squirming and holding my eyes (don't know why I did that though LOL). So thumbs up for effective-ness... :-P
this reminds me of bein on mushrooms at a festival in the summer..just throw some random fairground noises in there and you have it down perfeck! lol!
