I disagree. It is bellydance---I'm not too fond of it, but it is bellydance. If you look at her movements, you can see the technique under all that gaudy costume. I just chalk it up to her culture---maybe she's Turkish (or at least wanting to emanate the "Turkish" sex apeal and drama...or am I thinking of Cabaret Fusion...)

Anyway, a good tell-tale sign is how light she is on her feet...that only comes with practice.

Again, I'm not fond of the choreography or execution, but it is valid...
