  • Hi HairClip! Thanks for your comment. Reward programs can only get people's interest and generate motivation when the rewards being offered are meaningful to them. How excited will an employee get if his/her reward for "going above and beyond" is a plaque or a pen with the company logo on it. Plus, everyone has different interests and tastes so offering a broad selection of rewards helps ensure that every participant will find a meaningful reward. A diverse reward offering is a key to success.
