This is as close to the original by the Five Satins as I have ever heard. This song has, oftentimes, been called The National Anthem Of Doo Wop. I grew up in that era, 72 years old now, and saw most of the Alan Freed Live Shows at the Brooklyn Paramount Theater. Sad that those days, and this musicis gone... I will not give a dime for the garbage they call music today.

I agree that Jimmy has a great voice and the group sounds super with hi.m. However I know Tommy and he's one hell of a guy. I love to hear his voice and the group sounds great with him also. Isn't Tony still in the group?

If I wanted to hear an original, Id listen to the original record. I really enjoy hearing great talent sing a classic, with their own style and take on a song. These guys are great. Thank you for posting

I absolutely love the original group Jimmy, Steve, Frank and Tony Passa. Tony left, now back where he belongs. Jimmy left to go back to the Passions, and Tommy Mara is there. Tommy should have stayed with The Crests, he can't compare to Jimmy.........Love these guys.
