I've got a 1996 Nighthawk. It's an underappreicated guitar IMO. plays like silk and has a great variety of tones.

There's a new Nighthawk currently in production but it's somewhat different.

@PunkisthenewBlack They wanted to emulate a Strat bridge pickup whilst a unique humbucker. It works. The Nighthawk is one of the most versatile guitars ever created.

Great playing, great sound, very nice chords... I like the way you conceive music ! I felt in love with the first Nighthawk std floyd I played, it was 15 years ago. I couldn't buy it but I've found a std standard 5 years ago now but the floyd was in the cavity, the neck was twisted.... your guitar seems to work pretty cool ! My final choice was a Custom Nighthawk with a hard tail which is a very nice and unique guitar.

@RockYouVideos I don't know if a SG case would fit. Mine came with the traditional brown case, like all ST and CST NHawks did. The SP (Special) ones came with gig bags.

@RockYouVideos I have just bought one with a hard case. I own an SG also & they are a totally different body size / shape. The SG will not fit into the Nighthawk case & i would imagine this would not work the other way either. Advise you to get the correct Nighthawk case.

The only effect I used there was a Barber LTD.

Stock pickups, except a SDuncan Custom 5 at the bridge.
