so at 20 amps you are producing 500 mill liters in 22 seconds..so thats less then 1.5 liters per min correct? I would think a cell that large would produce over 2 liter per min...I think a lot of demo's are bogas it's nice to see an honest test..The bottom line is even 1.5 liters per min can increase mpg a great deal when set up correctly...My very first customer had an 80% mpg gain using my super storm cell..His engine was a 5.7 lter v8... good work zero...greg
Z is honest, I ascribe to that. He deserves all credit for perfecting his PWM circuit, but I do not see the "special" resistor that is .003 for the current limiting circuit
What we (HHO experimenters) need to see is when, at a certain frequency of PWM, for the current draw to go up. Theoretically this would be the resonance of the electrode. For any given frequency the current is the same, minus the effect of heat, except at resonance, which is when current will start start to rise at a given voltage, and water temp.
Z! I just had an idea and was wondering if you could try something?
using your hho torch could you measure the temp of the flame? then measure the temp as you cut other various materials?
I believe there is a chemical reaction that ought to be looked at. it may be electro-chemical. but I think HHO with gasoline is doing more than just causing it to burn more thoroughly. If so, it may work on other more nature friendly materials than gas that would not work in an engine alone.
Excellent thinking! If it's capable of melting steel and wolfram it may also ignite some other gases/liquids in the cylinder. Maybe it can, even, use some inert gases, such as CO2 or NO2 as fuel? Nice thought Biko! Cheers.
It seems you could have added a little Potassium, My cell shows a resistance of about .234 Ohms. But also couldn't R11 have been changed a little? I am not sure what the gain is on that op amp I'm guessing around 300. seems you would have some room there to work with. Mostly just curious why you took that particular approach though?
Perfect working model... wonderful.. Do you think it would be possible to make it push 60 AMPs RMS?
I'm in the works of making a cell that will consist of 6x6" plates (I'm thinking somewhere around 40 plates)... I'm hoping for a way to restrain the current to 60 Amp.
very nice as always.have you any videos to make your mml tester?

nice job like the way you explain things
let us know what why where many just show a tape and hope you know what you are looking at.

whats the fastest way to condition my cell

Have you experemented with high volt low amp applications? in the KV range and one amp?

How many amps does the cell in this video draw at dc? Maybe it's max'ed at 20 amps, so using PWM will max at 20 amps too. Just a thought...

20A dc, peak is more!
First2ner 3 years ago
OK, 30 Amps DC max, sorry just watched video again...

I could only get 23 amps I lowered the resistance of R8 and now it will go up to about 40 amps and it works as advertised

mmm, That's interesting Z!

But I still didn't see any hose clamps....;)

How did you plan on keeping the water for boiling at 60 amps?
kamitsuna 3 years ago
Yes but a CPU cooler is a must, mounted to the side that the MOSFET mounts to, placing the box cover down. Other changes as of tonight,
Cut r12 down to 1/2 it's original length for 40 amps max, 1/3 it's original length for 60 amps max.
Change C1 to polystyrene. Disk ceramic causes way too much frequency drift with temp.

Are you using linear PSU to power PWM? If so max its output voltage, so that is won't heat so much...if you have linear that is
