  • That makes so much sense! Im a senior in high school right now and my freshman year at the age of 14, height of 5'9'' I was benching 285 and squatting 520. Since then I have had two shoulder surgeries and a knee surgery due to unsafe lifting and wrestling. I was expected to grow to 6'2'' but I have not grown since my freshman year. I always believed it was because weightlifting at an early age stunted my growth. What you said about my nutrients going to injuries makes sense. Thnx for the vid man

  • @rawrtastic1111 Keep working out intensely and eat better, depending on what workout you do you can burn fat while making muscle. Paul has already answered this in one of his videos.

  • Question: i can only do 16 pull ups, and i cant increase it, i thought if i do more chin ups that will help but not really, btw i can do 19 chin ups, i got a door way pull up bar, and i workout by myself so how do i increase my number of pull ups.?

  • but wait i do very intense weight lifting routine exercises for a different body part 5 days a week but if my body is so focused on repairing my muscles and making them stronger wouldn't that affect my growth? i am very safe in all my workouts and never pull a muscle or injure a joint, except maybe when i try a new exercise and it puts awkward pressure on the joints (like when i tried bench dips), or certain ab exercises... i don't do anything i feel strains or compresses joints.am i at risk?

  • My shoulder hurts it is always one side but do you know which exercises I should leave alone.

  • @MrRedcounter dips and bench press and push ups if its really that bad... you should strengthen your rotator cuffs and shoulders it could help

  • It's fine if they go over 2 minutes, if it's interesting stuff (which it is) then there's no problem with stretching the videos out a bit.

  • @damivoietube you need to rest your muscles so you cant do pull ups every just do opposing muscle groups like tricep then bicep or chest then back bigger muscles is more strength but not more endurance and eating more won't necessarily help but it is a way to ensure you get enough nutrients eating healthier and less would be better

    Monday, Wednesday, Friday : Weightlifting (Sometimes including calisthenics)

    Tuesday, Thursday : Calisthenics
