Oh, dude, you gotta hear this! Turns out that if you do the glitch, but at the wrong pillar (I think), then you end up in this invisible room only half-way down the elevator shaft.
Hey mate, I was able to get to "gap" some times, but some times I also realize the boss door did appear ( I threw a bomb and I could see the out line of the door).
But for those times where the door isn't there, could you explain to us a little how did you do the jump across the gap?
@createDXemnas Thanks. I still couldn't do this glitch, so I spent the extra 5-7 minutes to beat the temple normally. I've had all the temples memorized for years now.
@KingHarkinianZC: same here. i played This Zelda game 11 times by now since release on N64- only thing is harder in master quest where everything is mirrored and placed in another place XD

does anyone think nintendo had it so you could do these glitches i mean look how many glitches are in the 3DS version compared to the N64 version 1.0,1.1, and 1.2 theres alot more in fact the only glitch i cant do any more is the get under the ice water temple entrance way and hookshot the lader way every other glitch has not been fixed and new ones have been found this is not lazy programing for a game thats already been fixed
Sooner or later they find a way to get the Light Arrows without the Fairy Bow... ... I wonder if it's possible though, since if you click on the Fairy Bow, you could choose which power you want to use depends the powers you have... Meh, indeed, for now you still need the Fairy Bow for some places sadly.
@joandthedog I did that. Use Faroes Wind. That way when you die. Go to the fairy fountain outside the temple, and warp straight back into the boss room.
@Enterim The problem is that you fall out of bounds if you move a few pixels wrong.
I tried it and hookshot helps ALOT. If you walk to much to the left, you guy pushed out of a wall which requires you to run all the way back and do it all over.
If you walk to much to the right you fall out of bounds.
And then if you walk forward there is holes like everywhere.
@astrojunkey I'm not an expert at OoT speedrunning but what I've seen so far some major new glitches are the triple slash clip through the wall like in this video and you can also use any item anywhere anytime. For example, warp away during the Ganon fight with Farore's Wind :D. Only major glitch of the original that seems to be permanently fixed is the infinite sword glitch as far as I know.
I tryed this but it was to hard so I discovered a nother skip forest temple for oot 3d

Actually, you don't have to. You can hit Phantom Ganon with the Hookshot, you only need timing. :)

I tried it and hookshot helps ALOT. If you walk to much to the left, you guy pushed out of a wall which requires you to run all the way back and do it all over.
If you walk to much to the right you fall out of bounds.
And then if you walk forward there is holes like everywhere.
It is a precise trick.
