I wish I could stop watching the video but I can't. It really is so funny and so beautifully done.

The girl in the orange dress is the one with clogs on who ends up next to William at the end.

Even writing this I'm laughing. I wish I could have seen this live. I believe there's a DVD so I'm off to find it. If anyone knows how to contact William or the girl please let me know. Thanks to the uplader for so much pleasure.

I've loved this music since I was a child so that's 40 years of loving it. I've never seen the ballet because I'm a man (who happens to be gay) and I've always thought that ballet was for girls. 'Billy Elliot' changed that view a little but since 'finding' this video on YouTube my views have totally changed. I think William Tuckett is fantastic in this role and I'd love to get in touch with him. The girl in the orange dress is remarkable too and very pretty. I wish I knew who she was! BRILLIANT!

My gosh, I have not seen this before--how wonderful. I'm going to come at this from another point of view--Cudos to Lanchbery for such a colorful and richly orchestrated little ditty (but textures kept very open and not too heavy). He was such a wonderful writer (several ballets, too) in his own right!
