What is the media inside. is that supplied with the filter?

its not safe and nor good glen the way you have got the peristaltic pump

you need to screw it to wall or stick it to the wall and get longer piping which

makes no difference, plus its cheeper to and saves so much money by 100%

by buying the 5litre container nitrate fluid, plus you need to increase the ammount of fluid you put in as the same as increasing the flow rate this is a stage of trial at knowing how much extra you put in, when you see the bacteria growing it looks like frog sporn

@tashdog1 thanks, I do need to move it, I was just setting it up to see if it worked or not, will look at moving it soon I promise! I did increase the pump a little at a time, it's looking great now as you say like frogspawn! t

@a24udi if nitrate fluid has vodka in and different blends of alcohols and

methanol you would find it funny fish are not drunk or having hang overs lol, david saxby stoped using nitrate fluid and used vodka-ro water mixed together as the methanol in nitrate fluid made his yellow tangs start to develope red spots

@danielthereefer Just got back home so not had it running when away, will start this boy off again as I had some problem with the timer!
