Serra is an outstanding grappler, but I just don't think he's a great all around guy. I know he has a belt around his waist at the moment, but I'd put money it won't be there after his next fight. I was surprised to see it put there last time though, so, you never know. GSP has a bad habit of over respecting fighters and being defensive, then he gets beat, gets pissed and embarrasses them next time. Once again, Serra, is awesome and a class act. GSP is a monster. exactly... and though small, the differences between UFC and PRIDE rules seems to affect a lot of their fighters..
The UFC depends heavier on pure wrestling and strength i believe.. im not even sure Fedor would do a good job in the UFC anymore from what i have seen in recently pride.vs.ufc fights

Well, I suppose nobody knows for sure how he'd do. But, compared to other pride fighters who have gone to the UFC, Fedor is a more dominant fighter. Fedor does have an interest in fighting the best fighters in the world, if not for the money, then for the distiction of being the best. Anyways, sounds like Fedor signed with M1 for the next two years, so don't expect him in the UFC at any point soon.

Its all relative. Incidents happen like with Mirko Cro Cop who didn't train in the octagon, which could have been his downfall. Cro Cop dominated a lot of PRIDE, Cro Cop beat Wanderlei Silva who beat Rampage Jackson (twice!) who beat Chuck Liddell (twice) who has beat almost everyone in UFC.

Pridefc favors the ground fighter. It always has and always will.
That's why the Nog bros and Werdum and Yoshida did well. Pride doesn't do as many stand ups as the UFC, and the fans don't get whiny when it goes to the ground as people in Japan understand things like guard passes, and other nuances of the ground game which escape Americans who boo unless you have a submission in 3 seconds after going to the ground.
Doesn't matter anyway this is ADCC.

what the hell are you talking about??? Pride has better striking, grappling, and fighters period. The ring doesn't favor anything it is great for striking or grappling. The cage favors GnP and hinders both striking and grappling. There are no corners, so its easy to run from a good striker. Look a CroCop vs Sanchez. If that was a ring Sanchez wouldn't have almost made it five min. He would have been knocked out on his feet.
