It's simple; the Indigenous Australians have had their culture almost destroyed. They dont have books but are taught culture through dance, song and painting. By removing their children and forcing them into camps or 'communities' they have learned to be totally dependent on others for their needs, and when the country realized that it was wrong they sent them home after no less than three generations. A culture unchanged for thousands of years was lost, it is a terrible tragedy.

Very confusing, they want the gov. to help but don't want to do it the gov. way; they want the gov. to fix everything but don't want the paternalistic approach.
