so, go to the other computer type ipconfig in command prompt and where it says ipv4 this is the ip you have to out in....so with the password it depends on what you have out in tight vnc server in the other pc(see video)

so, i think your problem is that you've entered a wrong ip address... try typing ipconfig in command promt and take the correct ip address from there..
