His just too scared w/ his Hyungs. When your the youngest who wanted to play around but older brother does not want you to or just messing w/ the younger one's. Hyung's can give just one quick serious look at the magnae to behave. So a good boy just follows that one quick look of command from Siwon and I believe that's what Kyu did...(especially when you knew that this brother of yours are the serious type not the playful one)
