my new online mmorpg has just finished production called Kingdom of Athala Online. Nothing like WOW or LOTRO it is a hack and slash mmorpg which will be released fall 2012 on my new website. Aswell as the playstation store. It will be £39.99 just for the whole thing. Xbox 360, PS3 and PC Players wil be on the same servers and can battle eachother on a new sytem of PVP that i have made. More trailers and gameplay will be released soon.

this engine has nothing to do whit how many bugs fallout had.... do you know how hard it is to manippulate a world has large has fallout.... its obvious it was gonna have bugs, sometimes massives ones....

LOL, powerful engine. It's one of the most unrefined, buggy engines ever. The fact some of the best games this generation (Fallout 3 and New Vegas and Oblivion) are on it is a testament to gameplay over graphics or performance. It'd be nice if it ran as buttery smooth as Source does though.

@killeverything200 FO 3, NV and Oblivion ain't the fault of the gamebryo engine but the lack of interest and the fail of bethesda who didn't work properly on it look at ergo draconis for example...

@killeverything200 the developers of those games debugged the engine, I think maybe you missed that part. The license for this engine offers full source code which allows the devs to fix up any bugs etc

Blaming New Vegas's issues on this engine is silly. New Vegas was badly rushed. That was a business/marketing/management decision, not an engine failure.

Some Gamebryo games look nice, but Fallout 3 and New Vegas are fucking disgusting.

Plus, all of Bethesda's recent games DON'T HAVE DIAGONAL MOVEMENT ANIMATIONS. IS IT THAT GODDAMN HARD?

Hooray for Skyrim using the "Creation Engine" and not this! I don't know what EXACTLY the engine will be like, but it had better suit the game better than this :D

If it isn't optimized I'm going to be really pissed. Fallout3/New Vegas was horribly optimized. You had to have a beast system to play smoothly.

lets just hope they don't use the version they have currently. however agreed gamebryo for 10 year old tech is still amazing today expecailly in the visual side of things imo anyways i find vegas quite spectacular at times

@kmlkmljkl I don't think that is true,because Bethesda gave a statement a few months ago about a "secret"game ,stated that it would look like your playing on a new console.Bethesda started on this sometime in 2008,so most likely,it will be the Light Speed version of Gamebryo .....which is still a good thing imo.

@MullanLadd They couldn't possibly be using id Tech 5 for Skyrim, because the game's been in development for years, while the engine was only finished quite recently.

Although I have to admit that my previous statement turned out to be false, as Bethesda has announced in their tweets that they're using a completely new engine for TES:V Skyrim. Can't wait to see the first screens. :)

Not bad, I had no idea that Gamebryo ran all those games. Most games, you can tell what engine they're running on from a screenshot, bit this... Wow. Very adaptable.
